What's new - automatically generate a post with available time slots for your social media

Available appointments automatically on your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok! 🗓️✨

Save time and easily inform your clients about available appointments. Every day, you can have an Instagram story automatically generated based on your calendar – just choose the background, color, font, or customize the story for a specific employee.

Sounds great - how does it work?

You can find this new feature in your business in Meety under the Marketing → Social Media section.

In the center of the page, you'll find a current preview of the generated image with the option to download it immediately.

On the right, you'll find appearance settings - you can change the theme, font, or background image. You can also upload your own background image to make the post look more authentic. If you need more space, you can hide the logo and business name. You can group available appointments by service or team member, or generate multiple posts for each team member separately.

Regular email delivery

To save time, the post can be sent to you every day (for example, in the morning) directly to your email, ready to download and share. You can set this up in the section on the right, in the "Send to email" tab, and choose the sending time and recipient.

At the specified time, you'll receive an email with the image - just share it on your profile along with a link to bookings so clients can immediately reserve an appointment.

Tip: Regularly sharing stories increases the chance that available appointments will fill up faster and clients will always be aware of availability.
