Campaigns

Send bulk emails or SMS to your customers and offer them special deals, discounts, or notify them about changes to your business.

Campaigns in Meety let you send bulk emails or SMS to customers from your database. You can inform clients about news, send an offer with a discount (e.g. using a promo code), remind them of upcoming visits, or target only a selected group.

How it works

  1. New campaign – In the Campaigns section you create a new campaign (draft). You choose the type: email, SMS, or both.
  2. Content – You write the subject and body of the email or the SMS text. You can add a link to a promo, an image, or links to your social media.
  3. Recipients – You set who receives the message: all customers (for announcements), only those with marketing consent, or by filters (service, team member, has/doesn’t have bookings, etc.). You can also select specific recipients.
  4. Sending – You can send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a specific time.

Campaign states: Draft (editing), Scheduled (waiting for send time), Sending, Completed.

Creating a campaign

  1. Go to Marketing -> Campaigns in the main menu.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Enter the name and choose the campaign type (email, SMS, or both).
  4. In the recipients step, set filters or select specific customers. The system shows the estimated number of recipients.
  5. In the content step, write the subject and body of the email or the SMS text. Optionally link the campaign to an existing promo.
  6. Send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.

Recipients

You can limit which customers receive the message:

  • All customers – everyone in the database (with a valid email or phone depending on campaign type).
  • Marketing consent only – only customers who have agreed to marketing communications.
  • By services – customers who have booked selected services in the past.
  • By team members – customers who had appointments with selected team members.
  • With upcoming appointments – customers with a pending or confirmed visit.
  • With appointments / no appointments – depending on whether they have ever had an appointment with you.
  • Manual selection – you manually select specific customers from the list.

The estimated number of recipients is shown based on the selected filters before sending.

Campaign types

  • Email – bulk email. You fill in the subject, body (and optionally preview text). Sending is done via Meety.
  • SMS – bulk SMS. You write the message text. SMS sending is charged according to the price list.
  • Both – the same campaign sends both email and SMS to recipients who have both email and phone number.

Scheduling and sending

  • Send now – the campaign starts as soon as possible after you confirm.
  • Schedule – you choose the date and time; the campaign is sent automatically at that moment. You can still edit or cancel a campaign in “Scheduled” state before the send time.

Linking to a promo

When creating a campaign you can select an existing promo. In the email or SMS you can then include a link to the booking page with that discount, so customers know which code to use or that the discount is applied automatically.
