Using Calendar
Learn how to use the calendar to view appointments, filter by team members and services, and navigate the calendar.
The calendar is the central place where you can see all appointments, free slots, holidays and events from other calendars. In this article, you'll learn how to use it.
Where to Find the Calendar
Go to the Calendar section in the main menu of your business. Here you'll find an overview of all appointments and events.
Calendar Views
You can display the calendar in three views. The toggle button can be found at the top.

Day - Displays appointments for one specific day. Suitable for a detailed overview of appointments on a given day. Team members are displayed each in a separate column, so when creating a new appointment you can quickly distinguish who is available. You can adjust the order of members by dragging them with your mouse. This order is saved only for you, other team members can have their own order. Each member has their own working hours marked with a shaded section.

Week View - Displays appointments for the entire week. Shaded sections represent times when your business is closed.

Month - Displays appointments for the entire month.
Calendar Navigation
You can move through the calendar using navigation buttons.
- Today - moves to the current day
- Previous - moves to the previous day/week/month
- Next - moves to the next day/week/month
Navigation adapts to the current view (day/week/month). You can also move by clicking on a day in the calendar preview in the left panel (in mobile version when viewing calendar details).
Filtering Appointments
You can filter appointments by various criteria.
Filtering by Team Members
- In the right panel, select a team member
- The calendar will display only appointments for this member
- You can select multiple members at once
If you don't select any member, appointments for all members will be displayed.
Filtering by Services
- In the right panel, select a service
- The calendar will display only appointments for this service
- You can select multiple services at once
If you don't select any service, appointments for all services will be displayed.
Search
You can search for appointments by client (their name, email, phone number) or service name.
- Enter text in the search field in the top right
- The calendar will display only appointments that contain the entered text
Displaying Appointments
Appointments are displayed in the calendar with different colors and styles.
Appointment Colors
Each service has its own color, which is displayed in the calendar. This helps quickly identify different services.
Appointment Status
Appointments can have different statuses. You can view the exact status by clicking on the appointment.
- Confirmed or Completed - appointment is displayed in full color
- Awaiting Confirmation or Awaiting Payment - appointment is shaded with color
- Cancelled - appointment is not displayed in the calendar
Appointment Details
Clicking on an appointment in the calendar opens the appointment details, where you can:
- See all information about the appointment
- Edit the appointment
- Cancel the appointment
Creating a New Appointment
You can create a new appointment directly from the calendar.
- Click the Add New - New Appointment button or click and drag in the calendar for the desired time
- Select date and time
- Select service and team member
- Select a client from the client list or create a new one by entering a name and optionally email and phone number
- Click Create
The appointment will be created and displayed in the calendar. The client you selected will be notified by email or SMS according to your settings.
Events from External Calendars
The calendar also displays events from external Google calendars that are connected. Events are displayed in gray and can block free slots.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the color of appointments in the calendar? The color of appointments is determined by the service color. You can change the service color in its settings.
Can I create an appointment in the past? Yes, you can create an appointment in the past, but we recommend this only for record purposes.
How do I see only my appointments? Select yourself in filtering by team members.
Can I export the calendar?
Calendar export is not currently available, but you can synchronize Meety appointments to your Google Calendar.
