Managing Services

Create and manage services and service categories for easy booking by clients.

Where to Find Service Management

Go to the Services section in the main menu of your business. Here you'll find a list of all services, their categories and the order in which they appear on the booking page.

Creating a Service

  1. In the Services section, click New Service
  2. Edit name, duration, price and other settings
  3. Assign team members who can provide this service
  4. The service is created as inactive, so it won't appear on the booking page. If you're satisfied with the settings, you can activate it in the top right.

Service Categories

Organize services into categories to make it easier for clients to browse and book.

Creating a Category

  1. In the Services section, click New Category
  2. Enter the category name
  3. Move services into the category by dragging or by selecting the category in the service details.

Arranging Categories

Drag categories with your mouse to the desired position. The order of categories will be displayed on the booking page.

Arranging Services

Drag services with your mouse to the desired position within a category. The order of services will be displayed on the booking page exactly as you set it.

Services without a category are displayed at the beginning of the list.

Deactivating and Removing Services

Deactivate a service if you don't want to offer it temporarily. The service will be hidden from the booking page, but will remain in the service list. This approach can be useful for seasonal offers or exceptional situations.

  1. Click on the service
  2. Turn off the Active switch

If you want to permanently remove a service, click Remove Service and confirm removal. Existing appointments are not cancelled when a service is removed or deactivated.

Assigning Team Members

Assign team members who can provide the service. If a service has no assigned team members, it won't be available for booking.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Team Members section, select members
  3. Changes are saved automatically

If a service has multiple team members assigned, clients can select a specific member or the "Anyone" option. When selecting "Anyone", the system will automatically assign an available team member.
