Client List
Learn how to browse, filter and organize the client list. Find out how to search for clients and view their reservation history.
Where to Find the Client List
Go to the Clients section in the main menu of your business. Here you'll find a list of all your clients.
Client Overview
In the client list, you'll see:
- Name - client's name
- Email - email address
- Phone - phone number
- Status - client status (New, Regular, Problematic, Blocked)
- Number of Reservations - how many reservations the client has created
- Last Reservation - date of the last reservation
Searching for Clients
You can search for clients by name, email or phone number.
Search
- Enter text in the search field
- The system will automatically search for clients who contain the entered text in name, email or phone
- Results are displayed immediately
Search is case-insensitive (does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase) and works for partial matches.
Filtering Clients
You can filter clients by status.
Filtering by Status
- Click on the Status filter
- Select the status by which you want to filter:
- All - displays all clients
- New - clients who haven't been to any reservation yet
- Regular - clients with multiple reservations
- Problematic - clients marked as problematic
- Blocked - clients who are blocked
Filters can be combined with search.
Sorting Clients
You can sort clients by various criteria:
- Creation Date - newest or oldest
- Name - alphabetically
- Last Reservation - newest or oldest
- First Reservation - newest or oldest
- Number of Reservations - most or least
Clicking on a column header changes the sorting. Clicking again changes the sort direction (ascending/descending).
Viewing Client Details
Clicking on a client in the list opens their details, where you can see:
- Personal Information - name, email, phone
- Reservation History - all of the client's reservations
- Notes - your internal notes about the client. These notes are not visible to the client, but you can maintain information about their preferences, history, etc.
- Status - current client status
Pagination
If you have many clients, the list is divided into pages. At the bottom of the list, you can:
- Navigate between pages
- See the current page and total number of pages
- Change the number of clients per page
Data Export
You can export the client list to a CSV file at any time.
Exporting Clients
- Click the Export button
- Wait a moment and the file will download to your device
The exported file contains all information about clients that you see in the list.

How many clients can I have?
The number of clients depends on your plan. Contact support for more information.
Can I have multiple clients with the same email?
No, each client must have a unique email within the business.
Does a client need to have an email? No, email is only required for online reservations. If you create a reservation manually, you don't need an email. However, the client will not receive email notifications.
How is the number of reservations updated?
The number of reservations is updated automatically with each new reservation.
Can I export only filtered clients?
Yes, the export contains only clients that are currently displayed (including filters).
How does sorting work with a large number of clients?
Sorting works efficiently even with a large number of clients. The system automatically loads the necessary data.
