Setting Up Service as Group Lesson

Set a service as a group lesson so multiple clients can book it at once.

Click on the service
In the Service Type section, enable Group Lesson
Set the maximum number of participants (default capacity for new time slots)

The service is now set up as a group lesson and you can create time slots for it.

Creating Time Slot for Group Lesson

Create a time slot for a group lesson in the calendar. You can create a one-time slot or a recurring slot.

In the calendar, click New Group Slot
Select the service (must be a group lesson)
Set date, time and duration
Set the maximum number of participants for this slot
Select whether the slot should be recurring

Recurring Slots

Set recurrence for a slot to automatically create it at regular intervals.

Enable Recurring Slot
Select frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
Set end date for recurrence (optional)

The system will automatically create all instances of the slot according to the set recurrence.

Managing Reservations in Group Lessons

Clients can book spots in group lessons directly from the booking page. The same client cannot register for the same lesson multiple times.

The system automatically checks slot availability. When a slot is full, clients can no longer book it.

Editing and Cancelling Slots

Edit the date, time or capacity of individual slot instances. Changes to one instance do not affect other instances.

Click on a slot instance in the calendar
Edit date, time or maximum number of participants
Changes are saved automatically

Note: You cannot set the maximum number of participants lower than the existing number of confirmed reservations.

Cancel an individual instance or all instances of a recurring slot. When cancelling an instance, all reservations are automatically cancelled and clients receive a notification.

Tracking Occupancy

In the calendar, you can see the number of booked spots and maximum number of participants for each slot. This helps you track occupancy of group lessons.
