SMS Notifications
Learn how to activate SMS notifications, set up automatic reminders and track SMS message usage.
Requirements
Before activating SMS notifications, you need:
- Solo or Premium Plan - SMS notifications are only available for Solo and Premium plans
- Active SMS Plan - you must have an active subscription for SMS services so we can automatically send you monthly billing for sent SMS messages.
Activating SMS Notifications
- Go to the Business Settings section in the main menu
- Select the SMS Notifications tab
- Click Activate SMS Notifications
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you'll enter your credit card details.
- After completion, you'll be redirected back to Meety
SMS Notification Pricing
- Price per Message - €0.01 for each SMS sent
You only pay for what you actually use. There is no monthly fee. If a message fails to send (because it's blocked by the operator), you won't be charged.
Setting Up SMS Notifications
After activating the subscription, you can set when SMS messages should be sent.
- Go to the Marketing > Communication section
- In the notifications list, you can select which events should trigger an SMS message. For example, if you want to send a reminder 24 hours before a reservation, find the 24 Hours Before Appointment card and click Edit
- Enable the Send SMS Message option
- In the preview, you can see how the SMS message will look (the appointment time is just an example)
Usage Tracking
In the Settings > SMS Notifications section, you can see:
- Total Sent - total number of SMS messages sent
- Last 30 Days - number of SMS messages sent in the last 30 days
This information helps you track usage and costs.
Deactivating SMS Notifications
If you want to stop sending SMS notifications, simply turn them off in the Marketing > Communication section for each event where you enabled them.

How much do SMS notifications cost?
SMS notifications cost €0.01 for each SMS message sent. There is no monthly fee - you only pay for actually sent SMS messages.
Can I send SMS only to some clients?
No, SMS notifications are sent automatically to all clients who have a phone number entered and for which services and events you have enabled them.
How do I change SMS message content?
SMS message content is currently automatically generated and cannot be edited. If you have a specific request, feel free to write to us at Support!
What happens if a client doesn't have a phone number?
If a client doesn't have a phone number entered, SMS is not sent. The client will still receive an email notification (if enabled).
How do I see how many SMS I sent this month?
In the Settings > SMS Notifications section, you can see the number of SMS messages sent in the last 30 days.
