Learn how to register, create a business, and set up basic information. Your first step to successful usage!
Registration
To use Meety, you need to register.
Creating an Account
- Go to the registration page
- Fill in basic information:
- Name - your name (required)
- Email - your email address (required)
- Password - password with at least 8 characters (required)
- Click Create Account
After registration, you will receive an email to verify your email address. Verification is required for long-term use of Meety. If your email is not verified, we may proceed to delete your account.
Sign In
If you already have an account, you can sign in using your email and password.
Creating Your First Business
After creating an account, the system will redirect you to create your first business. All information you enter in this process can be changed later, except for the country.
Basic Information
- Business Name - name of your business (e.g., "Jane's Hair Salon")
- Phone - phone number (optional)
- About Your Business - description that will be displayed on your page
- Country - country where the business is located (cannot be changed later - create a new business or contact us). Based on the country, Meety will set the correct currency and time zone.
Click Continue and the system will create your business.
Business Address
In the next step, enter your business address. Start typing in the Address field and Meety will offer addresses to choose from. If your address is not in the suggested options, type it in full and click Continue.
Team Members
Choose whether you work alone or in a team:
- Alone - if you work alone, the system will create only one team member (you)
- Team - Meety will create a sample team member that you can later edit or delete.
You can of course add other team members later in settings.
Services
Choose from pre-prepared services, or continue without them and create services later.
You can edit services later (More about managing services).
Opening Hours
Set the opening hours of your business:
- For each day of the week, set when you want to accept reservations.
- If you need to add a gap, for example a lunch break, click + and split the opening hours into multiple parts.
- Set whether you want to accept orders during public holidays. Click "Customize holidays" to enable/disable individual holidays.
- Click Finish
As always, you can change opening hours later in availability settings. (More about availability).
First Steps After Creating a Business
After creating a business, you can start using Meety.
Booking Page
Your booking page is automatically created and available at:
https://meety.sk/book/[your-business-name]
You can edit it in the Booking Page section, which you can find in the navigation.
Calendar
In the calendar, you can see all appointments and holidays and create new appointments manually.
Clients
In the Clients section, you can see all clients who are assigned to appointments.
Tips for Beginners
Basic Settings
- Complete your profile - add all important information about your business so customers can easily find you and the page builds trust.
- Set up services - add all services you offer and set prices.
- Customize the booking page - customize the appearance of the booking page to your brand, add sections you want to display.
First Appointments
- Create a test appointment - create a test appointment to see how the entire process works from the customer's perspective.
- Share the booking page - share the booking page link with your clients.
Next Steps
- Set up notifications - set whether you want to receive email or SMS notifications
- Add team members - if you work in a team, add team members, assign them services and set their availability
- Set up payments - if you want to accept online payments or deposits, set up a payment gateway.

Can I have multiple businesses?
Yes, you can have multiple businesses under one account. Each business has its own settings and appointments.
Can I change the business name later?
Yes, you can change the business name in settings. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I change the address and contact information of the business?
You can change the address in booking page settings, in the Contact Information section.
Can I cancel a business?
Yes, you can cancel a business in business settings. Cancellation is permanent and we will immediately remove all data.
