Service Settings

Set duration, price, buffer time, time restrictions, equipment requirements, manual confirmation, payments, group lessons and other advanced service features.

Basic Information

Set the name, description and color of the service. The name and description are displayed on the booking page and in the calendar. The color helps quickly identify services in the calendar.

Service Duration

Set the service duration in minutes. The minimum duration is 5 minutes. The duration is used when calculating available time slots.

Example: If a service has a duration of 60 minutes and starts at 14:00, it ends at 15:00.

Service Price

Set the service price in your business currency. The price is displayed on the booking page and is used when calculating the total price of the reservation. The price can be 0 if you provide the service for free.

Buffer Time

Add time before and after the service that is automatically blocked in the calendar. This ensures there is sufficient time between services for preparation and cleanup, but the customer is aware that their appointment time starts later / ends earlier.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Buffer Time section, enable buffer time
  3. Set the time before the service and the time after the service

Example: If a service has a duration of 60 minutes and a buffer time of 15 minutes before and after, the total blocked time is from 13:45 to 15:15 (service 14:00-15:00).

Reservation Time Restrictions

Set the minimum and maximum time for booking in advance to control when clients can book services.

Minimum Booking Time in Advance

Determines how soon a client can book the service. For example, if you set 2 hours, clients can book the service at least 2 hours in advance.

Maximum Booking Time in Advance

Determines how far in advance clients can book the service. For example, if you set 90 days, clients can book services up to 90 days in advance.

Equipment Requirements

Set equipment that is required for the service. The system automatically checks equipment availability for each reservation. If equipment is not available, the reservation cannot be created.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Equipment section, add equipment requirements
  3. Select equipment and set the quantity

Manual Reservation Confirmation

Enable manual confirmation if you want to have control over which reservations are confirmed. When a client creates a reservation, they will receive information that the reservation is waiting for confirmation. You will receive a notification and can confirm or cancel the reservation.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Confirmation section, enable Require Manual Confirmation

Required Message for Reservation

Require a message from the client when creating a reservation. For example, for a massage, the client can specify which part of the body they want to focus on.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Reservation Form section, enable Require Message
  3. Optionally add a description of what the message should contain

Payments and Deposits

Set whether the service requires payment or a deposit when booking. You can set full payment in advance or a deposit (percentage or fixed amount). The deposit is collected when booking and the remainder is paid when the service is provided.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Payments section, enable Require Payment or Require Deposit
  3. For a deposit, select the type (percentage or fixed amount) and set the amount

Group Lessons

Set a service as a group lesson where multiple clients can participate at once. For a group lesson, one client can book spots for multiple people at once.

  1. Click on the service
  2. In the Service Type section, enable Group Lesson
  3. Set the maximum number of participants

Notifications and Reviews

Set which notifications should be sent for a specific service. You can enable or disable email and SMS notifications. You can also set whether to send review requests after service completion.

Client Team Member Selection

Set whether a client can select a specific team member or only the "Anyone" option. If selection is disabled, the client will only see the "Anyone" option and the system will automatically assign an available member.

Redirect After Reservation

Set a custom page to which the client will be redirected after creating a reservation. The client will still receive an email with reservation confirmation.
