Reviews
Set up automatic collection of reviews from customers after service completion. Get reviews in Meety or redirect customers to Google reviews.
Where to Find Review Settings
Go to the Appointments - Reviews section in your facility's main menu. Here you'll find an overview of all reviews and settings for automatic review collection.
Enabling Automatic Review Collection
- In the Reviews section, click the Settings button
- Turn on the Enable reviews toggle
- Set how many hours after service completion the review request email should be sent (0-72 hours)
- Save settings
Note: The default value is 1 hour. You can set a time interval from 0 to 72 hours after service completion. The email will only be sent to customers who have not left a review in the past year. This limitation ensures that customers are not bothered by repeated review requests.
Choosing Review Source
You can choose whether to collect reviews directly in Meety or redirect customers to Google reviews.
Reviews in Meety
Reviews are collected directly in Meety and displayed on your booking page. This is the default option and is available for all plans.

- You can manage all reviews in one place
- You can analyze reviews by service or team member
- Customers don't need to leave your website
Redirecting to Google Reviews
You can redirect customers to your Google page where they can leave a review. This feature is available for Solo plan and higher.
Benefits:
- Increases visibility of your facility on Google
- Improves SEO and ranking on Google Maps
- Customers can see all reviews in one place
Setting Up Google Reviews
If you want to redirect customers to Google reviews, you must first get a link to your Google Business Profile page.
How to Get Google Review Link
- Open Google Business Profile
- Select your business (if you have multiple)
- On the main page, find the Get more reviews section
- Click Share review form
- Google will display a link in this format:
https://g.page/r/XXXXXXXXXXXX/review
Configuration in Meety
- In the Appointments - Reviews section, click Settings
- Select the Google option in the Review source section
- Paste the obtained Google review link into the Google review URL field
- Save settings
After saving, all review requests will be redirected to your Google page instead of the internal review form in Meety.
Setting Reviews for Individual Services
You can enable or disable reviews for each service separately. This allows you to control which services you want to collect reviews for.
- In the Reviews section, click Settings
- In the Reviews enabled for services: section, find the service for which you want to change settings
- Enable or disable reviews for that service
Note: The review request email will only be sent if reviews are enabled at both the facility level and the service level.
Review Overview
In the Reviews section, you'll find an overview of all reviews from customers. You can see:
- Customer name
- Appointment date
- Service name
- Rating (1-5 stars)
- Customer message (optional)
- Review date
Filtering Reviews
You can filter reviews by various criteria:
- By service - shows only reviews for the selected service
- By team member - shows only reviews for the selected team member
- Search - search for reviews by customer name or message text
Displaying Reviews on Booking Page
Reviews are automatically displayed on your booking page. Customers can see:
- Average rating (number of stars)
- Total number of reviews
- List of all reviews with date and message
This helps build trust and helps customers make decisions about booking services.
Importing Reviews
You can import existing reviews from other systems or from Google using a CSV file.
- In the Reviews section, click the Import button
- Select a CSV file with reviews
- The CSV file must contain the following columns:
- Customer name
- Rating (1-5)
- Message (optional)
- Review date
- Service name (optional)
- Service provider name (optional)
- Click Import
Imported reviews will appear in the review overview with the "Imported" label.
How Automatic Review Collection Works
- Service completion - When an appointment is marked as completed, the system records the completion time
- Waiting for time interval - The system waits for the set number of hours after service completion (default 1 hour)
- Condition check - The system checks:
- Are reviews enabled at the facility level?
- Are reviews enabled for the service?
- Has the customer already left a review in the past year?
- Sending email - If all conditions are met, a review request email is sent
- Review - The customer clicks the link in the email and leaves a review (either in Meety or on Google)
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the time interval for sending the review request email? Yes, you can set a time interval from 0 to 72 hours after service completion. The default value is 1 hour. You can find the setting in the Reviews - Settings section.
Why didn't I receive a review request email? The email will not be sent if:
- Reviews are not enabled at the facility level
- Reviews are not enabled for the service
- The customer has already left a review in the past year
- The set time interval after service completion has not yet passed
Can I have reviews in Meety and on Google at the same time? No, you can only choose one review source at a time. However, you can switch between Meety reviews and Google reviews at any time according to your needs. If you choose Google, all review requests will be redirected to Google. Meety reviews will still be displayed on your booking page.
How are reviews displayed on the booking page? Reviews are displayed in the Reviews section on your booking page. The average rating, total number of reviews, and a list of all reviews are shown.
Can I import reviews from Google? Yes, you can import reviews using a CSV file. You need to manually export reviews from Google and import them into Meety.
