Plan and Subscription

Learn how to change plan, manage subscription, cancel subscription and understand differences between plans.

Meety offers various plans that differ in features and price. In this article, you'll learn how to manage your subscription and change plans.

Available Plans

Meety offers three main plans:

Starter (Free)

  • Basic reservation features
  • Limited number of reservations
  • Basic booking page
  • Email notifications

Solo

  • All Starter plan features
  • Unlimited number of reservations
  • Online payments
  • SMS notifications (with subscription)
  • Advanced booking page settings
  • Analytics

Premium

  • All Solo plan features
  • Gift cards
  • Memberships
  • AI assistant
  • Automatic social media posts
  • Advanced marketing tools

Premium Trial

New businesses receive a 30-day free trial of the Premium plan. After the trial period expires, you'll automatically switch to the Starter plan if you don't choose another plan.

Viewing Current Plan

In the Settings > Subscription section, you can see:

  • Current Plan - which plan you're currently using
  • Billing Period End Date - when the subscription will renew
  • Billing Period - whether the subscription is monthly or annual
  • Cancellation Status - whether the subscription is scheduled for cancellation

Changing Plan

You can change your plan at any time.

Upgrade (Moving to Higher Plan)

  1. Go to the Settings > Subscription section
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want to switch to
  3. Select billing period (monthly or annual)
  4. Complete payment
  5. After successful payment, your plan will change immediately

Downgrade (Moving to Lower Plan)

  1. Go to the Settings > Subscription section
  2. Click Change Plan next to the plan you want to switch to
  3. Confirm the change
  4. The change will take effect at the end of the current billing period

Warning: When downgrading, some features may be lost. Make sure you don't need features that are only available in higher plans.

Cancelling Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can still use the plan until the end of the billing period.

Cancelling Subscription

  1. Go to the Settings > Subscription section
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You can still use the plan until the end of the billing period
  • After the billing period expires, you'll automatically switch to the Starter plan
  • No further invoices will be issued

Renewing Subscription

If you've cancelled your subscription, you can renew it:

  1. Go to the Settings > Subscription section
  2. Click Renew Subscription
  3. The subscription will be renewed and you'll continue using the plan

Billing Period

You can choose between monthly and annual billing periods.

Monthly Subscription

  • You pay every month
  • More flexible, you can cancel anytime
  • Higher monthly price

Annual Subscription

  • You pay once per year
  • Usually a discount compared to monthly subscription
  • Lower total price

In the Settings > Subscription section, you can see a comparison of all plans and their features.

Plan Features

Each plan has different features. Before changing plans, check which features you need:

  • Online Payments - only available in Solo and Premium
  • SMS Notifications - only available in Solo and Premium (with subscription)
  • Gift Cards - only available in Premium
  • Memberships - only available in Premium
  • Analytics - only available in Solo and Premium

Tips for Subscription

Choosing Plan

  • Start with Starter - if you're a new user, start with the Starter plan
  • Upgrade as Needed - switch to a higher plan when you need more features
  • Annual Subscription - if you plan to use Meety long-term, consider an annual subscription

Managing Subscription

  • Track End Date - regularly check the billing period end date
  • Cancel in Time - if you don't want to continue, cancel the subscription before the billing period ends

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan anytime. The change takes effect immediately (on upgrade) or at the end of the billing period (on downgrade).

What happens after cancelling subscription?
After cancellation, you can still use the plan until the end of the billing period. After it expires, you'll automatically switch to the Starter plan.

Can I renew a cancelled subscription?
